Effective August 11, 2026. QuickBooks Connector by Meridian (“Connector”) is a service provided by Pilot.com, Inc. (“Pilot”) and is provided AS-IS, without any express or implied warranty. You may use the Connector only with QuickBooks companies and financial data you are authorized to access. You are solely responsible for selecting the correct company, crafting appropriate inputs, reviewing the output received through the Connector, and verifying any changes made to QuickBooks.
The Connector accesses financial data only to perform the requests you make, operate and secure the Connector, and provide support. Pilot commits to use the financial data only for these purposes and will never sell it or use it for advertising or other purposes. Pilot does not retain the financial data, but to the extent Pilot has any access to it Pilot agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to keep it confidential. The Connector does not retain a copy of your books, but it does retain encrypted QuickBooks credentials and company identifiers and limited operational and security records. When you connect the Connector to your AI service (such as Claude, Codex, ChatGPT, or another AI service), financial data requested through the Connector will be transmitted to that service at your direction and will be subject to that service's terms and privacy practices, as they have been set up by you. You are solely responsible for determining whether the AI service's data retention and use settings are appropriate for the financial data the Connector transmits. Your Intuit credentials are never shared with the connected AI service.
Each connected QuickBooks company has the read-only or read-write access level you select. Read-only companies cannot be changed through the Connector. Write tools update read-write companies immediately when invoked; you are solely responsible for these updates. The Connector does not initiate payments or move money.
Pilot obtains the account identifier, name, and verified email associated with the Intuit account used to sign in. Pilot may use the name and email to provide service communications and to send marketing communications about the Connector or other Pilot products or services. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. You may disconnect a QuickBooks company here or remove the Connector from an AI service at any time.
