Install QBO Connector by Meridian from OpenAI’s plugin directory, authorize QuickBooks, and enable it in ChatGPT or Codex.

Open the plugin listing
  1. Check the listing. Confirm the name is QBO Connector by Meridian and the developer is Pilot.com, Inc.
  2. Select Install plugin. Then select Sign in with QBO Connector by Meridian to connect the included QuickBooks app. Availability can depend on your ChatGPT plan, workspace settings, role, and supported surface.
  3. Authorize QuickBooks. If authorization does not open during installation, ChatGPT or Codex will ask the first time the plugin needs QuickBooks access. Sign in with an Intuit account that can access the companies you want to connect, then review the selected companies and each company’s read-only or read-write access.
  4. Use the plugin in a conversation. Start a new ChatGPT or Codex conversation. Invoke QBO Connector by Meridian with an @ mention, or in ChatGPT select + → More and choose the app.
